Olympus’ latest ETD reprocessing washer launch was about more than just awareness, it was about driving upgrades from an established customer base while also attracting new buyers. Addressing multiple audiences including decontamination specialists, whose needs shaped the product benefits, and the decision-makers, who cared about regulatory compliance, environmental performance, and operational efficiency.

  • We led with empathy, elevating the daily pressures these professionals face and framing ETD as the tool that has their back.

    The concept? “The Difference is Clear.” A message that combined ergonomic design, superior performance, and emotional clarity.

  • The campaign needed to bridge functional product benefits with high-level business priorities. The ETD was therefore positioned as both a technical improvement, and a strategic investment.
